Supporting and inspiring staff to reach their fullest personal and professional potential has been the most rewarding part of my leadership career! My background is in the financial services industry where I spent 17 years in leadership roles developing staff to achieve goals. My core skill set includes:

  • Sales and marketing experience in planning and executing new product development.
  • Administrative and operational leadership with an emphasis on process improvement.

  Through the establishment of Mondo Learning Solutions, I am excited to continue supporting others in meeting their professional goals by connecting learners and subject matter experts, whether it be to a learner anxious to improve their skills through one of our programs or by providing an instructor with the environment to share their extensive knowledge.

  Mondo Learning Solutions is about bringing people together. In a nut shell, Mondo Learning Solutions serves two types of clients:

  1. Talented learning experts with unique programs, services, and knowledge to share but who don't want to run a business. We provide their administrative, marketing, business development, course management, web services and project management services.

  2. Learners (or organizations) interested in specific knowledge or expertise offered by our independent learning experts.
