After a lifetime as an organization development consultant, I am focused now on doing research and writing up my results--through books, web posts, speeches, white papers, and the like. I am always looking for research partners who are interested in exploring the dynamics of the Big Five/Five-Factor Model in both the workplace and in schools. I have lots of data. As I am not first and foremost an academic, I like to have academic partners who want to write up my results for publishing in learned journals.
Am working on three books: using the Big Five with adolescents, working with the Human Resource Optimization model, and alternatives to happiness.
